Arizona residents may qualify to receive a CaptionCall phone free through a special state program that provides telephone equipment to people with hearing loss. You must make an appointment and apply through the Arizona Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to get a CaptionCall phone.

Hearing aids do not restore natural hearing.
